All of the staff were exceptionally nice.

I've stayed in hotels for more money in Manhattan N.y, this hotel was way better. The room was great, Movie theater and shopping near by, the staff was great. I recommend this hotel to anyone!!! Great place!!!! Thank you

The place was great, nothing negative to say.

It made meal prep simple, helpful as I prefer cooking at home rather than dining out. My experience was productive, thanks to the reliable internet for work.

The condition of the room was below what I expected and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Possibly the best and good stay for a fair value. Impressive room with a wonderful view and helpful staff. Paid US$ 81. Perfect position close to everything, in the very convenient area.

The staff was wonderful

The room smelled bad, and the fact that the kitchen was empty of utensils.

The price was fantastic compared to the surrounding hotels. Location was easy on/off of I-287. Very pet friendly hotel.

I reserved a single king and instead was given 2 full. I found a bug in the bathroom which makes me think the room wasnt that clean either. Only 2 towels, no shower cap, not up to standards especially at that price

Our toilet paper was already low and no one could come up and bring us more because only one staff member was working. Our stove was dissassembled, and our pillow cases smelled dirty; as if they were used. Was very unhappy.

Location

Loud noise from other guests weren't addresed. Marijuana smoke throughout the property especially in the parking lot. Carpet had a foul odor. Appeared to be a hotel for the homeless.

Clean rooms were a highlight, despite the lack of shampoo and conditioner. The elevator was out of service. Surprisingly, the bed was comfortable, but the kitchenette left much to be desired with stains and dirty cabinets.

The location and price.

Carpet smelled musty, refrigerator motor was very loud, A/C unit was even louder. Toilet was not properly cleaned under the rim, clock was an hour off (could have been a big deal) Bed was lumpy and hard to rest easily.

It was a perfect and quiet hotel in a very convenient area, near other facilities, and a 24 hour restaurant across the street. Very helpful people were working here.

Parking Garage

The counters where dirty. The bed looked like it was thrown together or that someone hadn't changed it. There was garbage in all the cans still. There were no towels or wash clothes in the room as well.

The rooms with a wonderful view.

Liked the roominess of the room. The free parking and when I asked for another wash cloth and pillow I recieved it with a smile even though it was late in the evening. Night desk employee was very nice and welcoming.

No ice maker, ice trays in room took too much time to freeze. Had to ask for plastic cups not provided. No hair dryer in the bathroom for convenience.
